Two hands-on AI workshops

Claude 101 + 201: From first conversation to working system

Claude 101 teaches Claude who your people are. Claude 201 teaches Claude to work for them. Book both for your members, clients, or team, on one day or two, and your group goes from a blank chat box to a working AI system built around their own work.

Why book both

The foundation, then the system.

Claude 101 builds the context every later chat depends on. Claude 201 builds the system on top of it. Booked together, participants never lose the thread between the two.

Claude 101: Personalizing your experience

Setup, conversing with Claude, a business profile, custom instructions, memory, Projects, and styles. Claude learns who they are.

Claude 201: Getting AI to work for you

Connectors to Gmail, Calendar, and Drive; Projects for specialized work; a voice Skill; scheduled tasks that run on their own. Claude goes to work.

Sample same-day agenda

One day. Two workshops.

Here’s how a same-day series can run. It’s a sample, not a script: we set the start time and the lunch length with you.

  1. Part 1 Claude 101 Personalizing your experience 90 min
  2. Break Lunch A real break between sessions 30 or 60 min
  3. Part 2 Claude 201 Getting AI to work for you 90 min
Total: about 3½–4 hours Prefer two dates? Run Claude 101 first and Claude 201 on a later day. Participants come back with their business profile and custom instructions ready to build on.
What they leave with

A working AI system, built on their own business.

By the end of the series, participants have the foundation from Claude 101 and the working system from Claude 201, set up on their own accounts. Some Claude 201 features may need a paid Claude plan, and the connectors need a Google account; we confirm what your group needs before the session.

  • Claude set up on their laptop and phone
  • A business profile and custom instructions that give every chat context
  • The habit of conversing with Claude instead of hunting for magic prompts
  • Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive connected to Claude
  • Their first Project, built for one specific job
  • A voice Skill file that drafts in their own tone
  • A scheduled briefing that arrives on its own
How hosting works

You fill the room. We teach it.

You bring Claude 101 + 201 to your members, clients, or team. SN3 brings the curriculum and teaches it live. Here’s how a booking runs.

  1. 01

    Book the date

Choose one day or two, on-site or online, and the date or dates that work for your group.

    No minimum lead time
  2. 02

    Promote it

We send you a print flyer and a social media flyer from the SN3 template, with your sponsor names and the class details. Your design team is welcome to make more.

    Two flyers included
  3. 03

    Fill the room

You invite your participants. Want help with the logistics? SN3 can run the RSVP form, tracking, and confirmation and reminder workflows, then send you the attendee list after the workshop.

    Optional RSVP support
  4. 04

    Teach it live

The SN3 Group teaches both sessions. Participants bring laptops and build on their own accounts as we go.

Host questions

Before you book the series.

Can we book both workshops?

Yes. The Claude 101 + 201 Series runs both workshops, on the same day or on separate days. A sample same-day format: Claude 101 (90 minutes), lunch (30 or 60 minutes), then Claude 201 (90 minutes).

How long is each workshop?

Claude 101 and Claude 201 each run 90 minutes. The same-day series takes about three and a half to four hours, including a 30- or 60-minute lunch.

Do participants need a laptop?

Yes. The workshops are hands-on and participants build on their own laptops as we go, so everyone should bring one, charged. A phone helps too: Claude 101 includes setting up Claude on mobile.

Which accounts do participants need?

Claude 101 walks everyone through getting into Claude, and a free account is enough to follow along. Claude 201 uses features such as connectors, Skills, and scheduled tasks that may require a paid Claude plan; we’ll confirm what your participants need before the session. Claude 201’s connectors module uses Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive, so participants need a Google account to connect their own. On company accounts, an administrator may need to allow the connection first. If your group works mainly in Outlook or Microsoft 365, tell us when you book.

How far in advance do we need to book?

There’s no minimum lead time. Send us the date you have in mind and we’ll confirm availability.
