By using this website, joining our communities, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Consulting engagements, program enrollments, and AI Employee deployments are additionally governed by the written agreement or order form you sign with us — which controls if anything here conflicts.
Content and frameworks
The Strategy Playbook, templates, and site content are for your business use. Don’t resell or republish them as your own. Everything we build for you in a paid engagement — automations, prompts, documentation — belongs to you.
AI services
AI Employees operate within the permissions you grant and can make mistakes; you’re responsible for reviewing outbound communications and decisions that matter. We’ll always be upfront about what’s automated.
No guarantees
We share real results, but past performance isn’t a promise. Your outcomes depend on your market, your effort, and your follow-through.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding a claim. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
