What we collect

When you contact us, join a community, or enroll in a program, we collect the information you share — typically your name, email, company, and the details of your inquiry. If you deploy an AI Employee with us, we also process the business data flowing through the integrations you explicitly authorize (for example email, calendar, or CRM records) solely to deliver the service.

How we use it

To respond to you, deliver services you’ve requested, improve our programs, and — only if you opt in — send you resources like the Strategy Playbook. We do not sell your personal information.

AI Employee data and security

Integration credentials are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). Each client’s data is isolated in its own tenant, access is permissioned per system, and actions are logged. You can revoke any integration at any time, and we delete client data on request at the end of an engagement.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic. We also use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure how our advertising performs; Meta may set cookies (such as _fbp) for that purpose, and you can opt out of interest-based ads in your Meta ad preferences.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@sn3group.ai.
