The basics
By using this website, joining our communities, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Consulting engagements, program enrollments, and AI Employee deployments are also governed by your statement of work or order form, our Master Service Agreement, and — where we process personal data for you — our Data Processing Addendum. Those documents control if anything here conflicts.
Content and frameworks
The Strategy Playbook, templates, and site content are for your business use. Don’t resell or republish them as your own. In a paid engagement, you own the final deliverables your statement of work identifies as yours once they are paid for in full. We keep our pre-existing frameworks, methods, templates, prompt libraries, and tools, and license you to use any of them built into your deliverables for your internal business purposes, as set out in the Master Service Agreement.
AI services
AI Employees operate within the permissions you grant and can make mistakes. You’re responsible for reviewing outbound communications and decisions that matter, and AI output is not legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice. Approval steps for sensitive actions can be agreed for each workflow; an instruction to ask for approval is not the same as a technical block on every action, so only grant the permissions you are comfortable with. We aim to be upfront about what’s automated.
Data and security
How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy. We don’t give blanket assurances about encryption, confidentiality, model training, or regulatory compliance; for client deployments we document the specific arrangements instead.
No guarantees
We share real results, but past performance isn’t a promise. Your outcomes depend on your market, your effort, and your follow-through.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding a claim. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages. For paid services, the limitations in the Master Service Agreement apply.
