AI workshop FAQ: what hosts ask before booking.

Everything hosts and sponsors ask about Make AI Yours, Put AI to Work, Build Your AI Team, and The AI Workshop Series, from laptops and recordings to flyers and RSVPs.

The workshops

Which AI tool do you teach on?

We teach primarily on ChatGPT and Claude, and also on Gemini and Copilot. Tell us what your group already uses when you book and we’ll build the sessions around it. If they have no preference, we’ll recommend one based on their work and accounts.

Which workshop is right for our group?

Most groups start with Make AI Yours, even if some people already use AI, because everything after it depends on the context it sets up. Put AI to Work fits groups that already have that in place. Build Your AI Team is for groups ready to hand whole jobs to AI. Not sure? Tell us about your group in the booking form and we’ll recommend where to start.

Who are the AI workshops for?

Groups whose people want to use AI in their day-to-day work, in any industry: associations, brokerages, chambers of commerce, peer groups, company teams, and client events. Make AI Yours needs no AI experience; Put AI to Work suits people who already have a business profile and custom instructions in place, or have just taken Make AI Yours; Build Your AI Team suits groups that already have AI connected to their email, calendar, and files. You book the session and invite your people; SN3 teaches it.

What’s the difference between the workshops?

Make AI Yours is a hands-on introduction: participants set up their AI and teach it who they are, with custom instructions, memory, workspaces, and writing styles. Put AI to Work puts AI to work: connections to Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive; workspaces for specialized work; a voice guide built as reusable instructions; and scheduled tasks that run on their own. Build Your AI Team turns that system into AI employees. Participants build one for a specific role, plus a multi-step workflow, guardrails for access and sign-off, and a plan for the next roles to hand to AI. Each workshop runs 90 minutes.

Can we book Put AI to Work on its own?

Yes. Put AI to Work works as a standalone session for anyone who already has a business profile and custom instructions in place. If your group is new to AI, start with Make AI Yours or book The AI Workshop Series.

Can we book more than one workshop?

Yes. Make AI Yours and Put AI to Work run as a series, on the same day or on separate days. A sample same-day format: Make AI Yours (90 minutes), lunch (30 or 60 minutes), then Put AI to Work (90 minutes). Build Your AI Team is booked separately, either after the series or on its own for groups that are ready for it.

Do participants need AI experience?

Not for Make AI Yours. It’s built for anyone, with no AI experience needed. Put AI to Work builds on Make AI Yours, so for a group that’s new to AI, we suggest starting with Make AI Yours or The AI Workshop Series.

Can you tailor the workshop to our industry?

Yes. The workshops apply to every industry, and we shape the examples and practice conversations around your group’s work so the exercises feel familiar from the start.

Format and logistics

Do you teach on-site or online?

Both. On-site, we teach at your venue. Online, we teach live on Zoom or Google Meet. The curriculum and the hands-on format are the same either way.

What does the host provide?

For on-site workshops, a venue and a screen. For every workshop, you invite the participants and remind them to bring a laptop. You also decide who pays for the session.

How many people can attend?

On-site, it depends on your venue: as many people as the room can seat comfortably with laptops open and a clear view of the screen. Online, tell us your expected headcount when you book.

Are the workshops recorded?

Online workshops are: every session on Zoom or Google Meet is recorded.

Do participants need a laptop?

Yes. The workshops are hands-on and participants build on their own laptops as we go, so everyone should bring one, charged. A phone helps too, since Make AI Yours includes setting up your AI on mobile.

Which accounts do participants need?

Make AI Yours walks everyone through getting set up, and a free account is enough to follow along with most tools. Put AI to Work uses features such as connections to email and files, reusable instructions like the voice guide, and scheduled tasks that may require a paid plan, depending on the tool. We’ll confirm what your participants need before the session. The connections module uses Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive, so participants need a Google account to connect their own. On company accounts, an administrator may need to allow the connection first. If your group works mainly in Outlook or Microsoft 365, tell us when you book. Build Your AI Team relies on features such as custom assistants with their own instructions and files, app connections, and automated workflows. These are often limited to paid plans, so we’ll confirm what each participant needs when we scope the session.

How long is each workshop?

Each workshop runs 90 minutes. The same-day series of Make AI Yours and Put AI to Work takes about three and a half to four hours, including a 30- or 60-minute lunch.

Promotion and RSVPs

Do you provide flyers?

Yes. Every booking includes one print flyer and one social media flyer from the SN3 template, with your sponsor names and the class details. Your design team is welcome to create additional flyers.

Who invites the participants?

You do. Inviting participants is solely your responsibility as the host, and the invitation carries more weight coming from you.

Can SN3 handle RSVPs?

Yes, as an option. SN3 can set up the RSVP form, track registrations, and run the confirmation and reminder workflows. After the workshop, you receive the attendee list.

Booking

Who teaches the workshops?

The SN3 Group: Alex Mont-Ros, Co-Founder and CEO; Lisa Mont-Ros, Co-Founder and COO; and John Lipe, Chief Innovation Officer.

Who pays for the workshop?

Your organization, a sponsor, the people attending, or a mix. If attendees pay, SN3 sets up a payment link that doubles as their registration. We work out pricing with you once the class and date are set.

How far in advance do we need to book?

At least two weeks before your workshop date. Send us the date you have in mind and we’ll confirm availability.

How do we book?

Use any “Book” button on these pages and tell us which class, format, and date you’re considering, or email info@sn3group.ai. We’ll reply within one business day.
