Three hands-on AI workshops

Make AI Yours. Put It to Work. Build Your AI Team.

Each workshop builds on the one before. Make AI Yours teaches your AI who your people are. Put AI to Work teaches it to work for them. Build Your AI Team teaches your people to build AI employees that take on whole jobs. Book the first two for your members, clients, or team, on one day or two, and add the third when your group is ready to build. We teach on the tool your group already uses, whether that’s ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot.

How the series fits together

The foundation, the system, then the team.

Make AI Yours builds the context every later chat depends on. Put AI to Work builds the system on top of it. Build Your AI Team turns that system into AI employees that handle whole tasks. Each workshop starts where the last one left off, so participants never lose the thread.

AI Fundamentals: Make AI Yours

Setup, conversing with your AI, a business profile, custom instructions, memory, workspaces, and writing styles. The AI learns who they are.

Explore Make AI Yours

AI Integration: Put AI to Work

Connections to Gmail, Calendar, and Drive; workspaces for specialized work; a voice guide that drafts in their tone; scheduled tasks that run on their own. The AI goes to work.

AI Employees: Build Your AI Team

An AI employee built for one specific role in the business, multi-step workflows that run from start to finish, guardrails for what that AI employee can access and when a person signs off, and a plan for the next roles to hand to AI. The AI joins the team.

Sample same-day agenda

One day. Two workshops.

Here’s how a same-day series can run. It’s a sample, not a script: we set the start time and the lunch length with you.

  1. Part 1 AI Fundamentals: Make AI Yours Personalizing your experience 90 min
  2. Break Lunch A real break between sessions 30 or 60 min
  3. Part 2 AI Integration: Put AI to Work Getting AI to work for you 90 min
Total: about 3½–4 hours Prefer two dates? Run Make AI Yours first and Put AI to Work on a later day. Participants come back with their business profile and custom instructions ready to build on. Build Your AI Team runs as its own 90-minute session, built around your group’s tools and goals.
What they leave with

A working AI system, built on their own business.

Make AI Yours gives participants the foundation, Put AI to Work gives them a working system, and Build Your AI Team gives them AI employees built around their own work, all on their own accounts. Some features in Parts 2 and 3 may need a paid plan, depending on the tool, and the connections need a Google account (or Microsoft, if your group lives in Outlook). We confirm what your group needs before the session.

AI Fundamentals: Make AI Yours

  • Their AI assistant set up on laptop and phone
  • A business profile and custom instructions that give every chat context
  • The habit of conversing with AI instead of hunting for magic prompts

AI Integration: Put AI to Work

  • Email, calendar, and files connected to their AI
  • Their first workspace, built for one specific job
  • A voice guide that drafts in their own tone
  • A scheduled briefing that arrives on its own

AI Employees: Build Your AI Team

  • An AI employee built for one real role in their business
  • A multi-step workflow that runs from trigger to finished result
  • Clear rules for what their AI employee can access and when a person signs off
  • A short list of the next roles to hand to AI, in priority order
How hosting works

You fill the room. We teach it.

You bring the AI Workshop Series to your members, clients, or team. SN3 brings the curriculum and teaches it live.

  1. 01

    Book the date

Choose one day or two, on-site or online, and the date or dates that work for your group.

    At least two weeks ahead
  2. 02

    Promote it

We send you a print flyer and a social media flyer from the SN3 template, with your sponsor names and the class details. Your design team is welcome to make more.

    Two flyers included
  3. 03

    Fill the room

You invite your participants. Want help with the logistics? SN3 can run the RSVP form, tracking, and confirmation and reminder workflows, then send you the attendee list after the workshop.

    Optional RSVP support
  4. 04

    Teach it live

The SN3 Group teaches both sessions. Participants bring laptops and build on their own accounts as we go.

    Two 90-min sessions

Your part

What the host brings

  • A venue and a screen, for on-site sessions
  • Invitations to your members, clients, or team
  • A plan for who pays: you, sponsors, the people attending, or a mix
  • A note in your invitation: bring a laptop

Our part

What SN3 brings

  • One print flyer and one social media flyer with your sponsor names
  • Examples and practice conversations tailored to your group’s industry
  • Optional RSVP form, tracking, confirmations, and reminders, plus the attendee list
  • A payment link that doubles as registration, if attendees pay
Included for hosts

Flyers ready to share, with your name on them.

Every booking includes two flyers built on the SN3 template. Share them as they are, or have your own design team create more.

  • One print flyer for your venue, newsletter, or front desk
  • One social media flyer for your channels

Sample layout. Both flyers follow the current SN3 template, which may change, and carry your sponsor names and the class details.

On-site or online

Your venue or your screen.

Same curriculum, same hands-on format, two ways to run it. Whichever you choose, participants work on their own laptops the whole way through.

  • On-siteYou provide the venue and a screen. How many people can join depends on the room.
  • OnlineTaught live on Zoom or Google Meet, and recorded.

Host questions

Before you book the series.

Which AI tool do you teach on?

We teach primarily on ChatGPT and Claude, and also on Gemini and Copilot. Tell us what your group already uses when you book and we’ll build the sessions around it. If they have no preference, we’ll recommend one based on their work and accounts.

Which workshop is right for our group?

Most groups start with Make AI Yours, even if some people already use AI, because everything after it depends on the context it sets up. Put AI to Work fits groups that already have that in place. Build Your AI Team is for groups ready to hand whole jobs to AI. Not sure? Tell us about your group in the booking form and we’ll recommend where to start.

Can we book more than one workshop?

Yes. Make AI Yours and Put AI to Work run as a series, on the same day or on separate days. A sample same-day format: Make AI Yours (90 minutes), lunch (30 or 60 minutes), then Put AI to Work (90 minutes). Build Your AI Team is booked separately, either after the series or on its own for groups that are ready for it.

How long is each workshop?

Each workshop runs 90 minutes. The same-day series of Make AI Yours and Put AI to Work takes about three and a half to four hours, including a 30- or 60-minute lunch.

Do participants need a laptop?

Yes. The workshops are hands-on and participants build on their own laptops as we go, so everyone should bring one, charged. A phone helps too, since Make AI Yours includes setting up your AI on mobile.

Which accounts do participants need?

Make AI Yours walks everyone through getting set up, and a free account is enough to follow along with most tools. Put AI to Work uses features such as connections to email and files, reusable instructions like the voice guide, and scheduled tasks that may require a paid plan, depending on the tool. We’ll confirm what your participants need before the session. The connections module uses Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive, so participants need a Google account to connect their own. On company accounts, an administrator may need to allow the connection first. If your group works mainly in Outlook or Microsoft 365, tell us when you book. Build Your AI Team relies on features such as custom assistants with their own instructions and files, app connections, and automated workflows. These are often limited to paid plans, so we’ll confirm what each participant needs when we scope the session.

How far in advance do we need to book?

At least two weeks before your workshop date. Send us the date you have in mind and we’ll confirm availability.
