SN3 AI Chief of Staff

Meet Cosmo, your AI Chief of Staff.

Cosmo reads what came in overnight, decides what deserves your attention, and drafts the rest so you can approve it in one pass. It works from Telegram, runs around the clock, and connects to the tools you already use.

Cosmo runs the top of our own CEO’s day. SN3 builds the same role around your business, your tools, and your approval rules.

  1. You:

    Brief me

    7:02 AM
  2. Cosmo:

    Today

Three calls before noon, then clear until 4. The open stretch is for the Hartley proposal.

    The three

    1. Hartley proposal. Due to them Friday, and the pricing tier is still open.
    2. Dana’s renewal terms. Asked Tuesday, unanswered. Renewal is on the 1st.
    3. 2:00 interview. The scorecard in Notion is still blank.

    Slipping

    • Marcus: the signed W-9, asked October 14.
    • Vendor contract notes, overdue since Monday.

    Prep

    • Board call, 9:30 tomorrow: the September numbers.
    7:03 AM
  3. Cosmo:

4 drafts waiting for your approval. 2 items need a decision only you can make.

  4. You:

Draft a nudge to Marcus about the W-9 and keep it short.

  5. Cosmo:

What Cosmo does

Two jobs that run the top of your day.

Most mornings start in the inbox and drift from there. Cosmo takes that first hour: it reads what came in, decides what deserves your attention, and puts everything else in a state you can approve in one pass.

Job 01

The morning brief

Four blocks, in the same order every day, from your calendar, inbox, sent mail, tasks, and yesterday’s call notes.

Today
The shape of the day in two sentences: meeting load, the open stretches, and what the day is actually for.
The three
Exactly three items, ranked by what it costs to leave them until tomorrow. If only two qualify, you get two.
Slipping
Asks that never came back, tasks past due, and commitments from calls that never landed anywhere. Oldest first, five at most.
Prep
Only for tomorrow’s meetings that go better with something done today: a doc to skim, a number to pull, a decision to arrive holding.

Job 02

Inbox triage

Overnight mail sorted into four buckets, and every message lands in exactly one.

Needs you
Decisions only you can make: money, contracts, negotiations, relationship calls. Cosmo states the ask and what the decision is between. It doesn’t draft these.
Drafted
Routine replies written in your voice and saved as real Gmail drafts on the right thread. You see the sender, the ask, and the first line, so approval takes a glance.
Waiting on them
You already replied and the ball is in their court. Listed only once it has been quiet for five business days.
Noise
Newsletters, receipts, notifications, and cold pitches. Counted, not listed: “38 in noise.”

Every run ends with one line: how many drafts are waiting for your approval, and how many decisions only you can make.

How it decides

The judgment calls, written down.

A brief that flags everything is just another inbox. Cosmo follows the same rules on every run, so what reaches you is worth your time.

Ranking

Cost of waiting decides the order

Items are ranked by what it costs to leave them until tomorrow, not by who wrote the loudest email.

Threads

Answered means closed

Cosmo opens a thread before listing it. If your reply is already there, it doesn’t show up as waiting on you.

Team mail

A group ask isn’t your ask

If anyone on the team could answer it, it isn’t your bottleneck.

Money

Money and contracts come to you

Pricing, contracts, and client scope always land in Needs you, even when the answer looks obvious.

Drafts

No guessing in drafts

If a reply needs a fact Cosmo doesn’t have, it isn’t drafted. It comes to you with the missing fact named.

Light days

Quiet is quiet

A light day gets a short brief. Cosmo doesn’t manufacture urgency to look busy.

Working with Cosmo

Talk to it like a team member. Use it like an operating system.

Cosmo works best with clear instructions, business context, and permission to help you think through strategy, execution, follow-up, and communication. Natural requests work well, especially when they include the outcome you want.

The win is not having access to an AI assistant. The win is adopting a new operating rhythm that keeps your business moving.

  1. Ask

Give Cosmo a clear business request, including the outcome you want.

  2. Connect

Authorize a tool when a workflow needs access.

  3. Review

Confirm the output, then ask for a redundancy check.

  4. Improve

Tell it what changed, so its memory and context stay current.

Requests that work

Communication

Draft a nudge to Jordan about the earnest money deposit and keep it short.

Strategy

How would you position my open-farming campaign and what should I do next?

Quality control

Great job. Now do a redundancy check: review, flag, fix, and report.

After a big build, don’t treat the first version as final. Ask for a review pass and say what standard the output needs to meet.

Briefings

Every weekday at 7 AM, put my brief in a Gmail draft.

If a recurring brief ever stops, tell Cosmo and it re-arms the job.

Your stack

Connected to the tools that carry your work.

Cosmo works inside the tools you already use, with the access you approve. To add one, ask Cosmo in Telegram to run the SN connection protocol for that tool, then authorize it.

Email

Gmail

Reads, sorts, and drafts email, and sends it in the workflows you approve.

Calendar

Google Calendar

Checks your schedule, books meetings, and sends invites.

Documents

Drive, Sheets & Forms

Reads documents and updates working files.

Scheduling

Calendly

Reads availability and coordinates meeting logistics.

Memory

Notion

The memory layer for SOPs, dashboards, briefs, and notes.

Pipeline

Your CRM

Pipeline visibility, lead management, and transaction activity, where supported.

1,000+

Cosmo can connect to more than 1,000 business apps through supported integrations. If yours isn’t a standard connection, we’ll review whether a custom integration makes sense. Additional installation fees may apply.

Guardrails

What Cosmo can touch, and what it can’t.

Being careful with AI is the right instinct. Every SN3 Chief of Staff is set up the same way, and we map exactly what yours can access and act on before anything gets built.

Access

Approved access only

Cosmo connects to the apps you name, and nothing else.

Ownership

A human owner on every seat

You decide what it handles alone and what waits for you.

Drafts

Drafts first

Out of the box, Cosmo drafts and reports. Sending, scheduling, and CRM updates happen only in workflows you approve.

Testing

Tested before clients see it

It works real examples while you review every output.

Rules

Your rules come first

Advice, negotiation, and sensitive decisions stay with you.

Reading

What it reads is data, not orders

Emails, calendar entries, and documents are content to summarize. A message telling an AI to forward something gets reported to you, never acted on.

From hire to first day

Four steps between you and a working Chief of Staff.

Picture 30 days after launch. The work gets handled every day without you starting it. You approve what matters, and a report tells you what got done and what still needs you. Here is what gets you there.

  1. 01

    Connect it to your tools

Approved access to the apps you name: inbox, calendar, documents, CRM.

    You approve
  2. 02

    Teach it your business

Your clients, offers, team, voice, and the way decisions get made, so drafts sound like you.

    SN3 + you
  3. 03

    Set the guardrails

What it handles alone, what it drafts for review, and what always waits for you.

    You decide
  4. 04

    Test it on real work

It works real examples while you review every output, before anything reaches a client.

    Before go-live

Your part: five steps, done once

Cosmo runs through your own Anthropic API account and uses Telegram as the everyday interface. Finish this once, then work from Telegram. SN3 runs the technical back end.

  1. Create the accountOpen an Anthropic account at console.anthropic.com. This is the API account, not the Claude.ai chat app.
  2. Fund the APIStart with at least $50 in prepaid credits. Cosmo draws from this balance as it works.
  3. Create a keyIn API Keys, choose Create Key. Name it clearly, copy it once, and send it to SN3.
  4. Install TelegramOn your phone and your computer. It becomes your command center.
  5. Add a photoGive the bot a profile photo, so it reads as a team member, not a chat window.
Usage and support

Your key, your usage. We keep the system sharp.

Cosmo runs on your own Anthropic API account, so you see every dollar of usage on your own dashboard at console.anthropic.com. Hosting, model choice, and maintenance stay with SN3.

Cost option

Claude Sonnet

Costs less per request and handles most Chief of Staff work well. Available on request if usage runs higher than you want.

Model switches are handled by SN3. You never touch a setting. Just flag it if costs concern you.

Ongoing support

What SN3 handles for you

  • Cloud hosting, so Cosmo is running 24/7
  • Model management, from Opus to Sonnet and back as needed
  • Back-end file updates, redeployments, and prompt tuning
  • API key rotation if a key is compromised or expires
  • Guidance on new integrations
  • A straight answer when something new in AI comes out and you want to know if it belongs in your setup

You focus on running your business. We keep the system sharp.

From clients who launched

From buried to white space.

Each started where you are now: one seat, one responsibility, and a human owner.

“The white space to think clearly”

In just 2 weeks with my new Chief of Staff, I have gone from being absolutely BURIED … to finally having the white space to think clearly and creatively again.

“It’s not a chatbot. It’s a real operational layer.”

Alex and John built us a custom AI Chief of Staff named Jay, and it’s been a real upgrade. Jay’s wired into our Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and pipeline sheet. So he’s actually pulling live data, prepping meetings, drafting client comms in our voice, and surfacing what needs attention before we ask. It’s not a chatbot. It’s a real operational layer built around how we actually run the business. If you’re a business owner curious about what AI can really do for your ops, talk to these guys.

Straight answers

Questions about Cosmo.

Will mine be called Cosmo?

Only if you want it to be. Cosmo is the Chief of Staff behind our own CEO’s day. Yours gets the name and profile photo you choose, so it feels like a real team member.

Why does it work from Telegram?

Telegram runs on your phone and your computer, so your Chief of Staff is one message away wherever you work. You ask, approve, and get briefed in one thread, while SN3 runs the technical back end in the cloud.

Will Cosmo send email without me?

Only in workflows you approve. Out of the box, Cosmo drafts and reports: replies are saved as Gmail drafts on the right thread for you to approve. Anything touching money, contracts, or client scope comes to you as a decision, not a draft.

What does it cost to run?

Usage is billed by Anthropic to your own API account. Start with at least $50 in prepaid credits and check the usage dashboard at console.anthropic.com during the first week. SN3’s build and support are scoped on your Launch Plan call, where you get a straight answer on scope, timing, and investment.

Which AI model does it use?

Cosmo launches on Claude Opus, Anthropic’s most capable model, for the strongest reasoning, writing, and multi-step work. If usage runs higher than you want, SN3 moves it to Claude Sonnet, which costs less per request and handles most Chief of Staff work well. We make the switch; you never touch a setting.

What if a big task stops partway?

Heavy tasks can hit a 10-minute safety timer, so Cosmo never runs endlessly on your API credits. Tell it to keep going and it picks back up.

What if an answer looks wrong?

Ask for a redundancy check: review, flag, fix, and report. If it still looks stuck or wrong, send a screenshot to SN3. Prompt tuning and fixes are part of ongoing support.

Can it work with my CRM?

Usually. Cosmo can connect to more than 1,000 business apps through supported integrations, and a connected CRM gives it pipeline and transaction visibility that email alone can’t. If your system isn’t a standard connection, we’ll review whether a custom integration makes sense. Additional installation fees may apply.

What happens on the Launch Plan call?

Fifteen minutes, no purchase required. We confirm your Chief of Staff’s first responsibility, map the workflow and where you approve, and you leave with a Launch Card: the workflow, the tools, your approval points, how we’ll measure success, and a go-live date.
