AI Employees for restoration

From first notice of loss to paid in full.

SN3 builds AI Employees that work inside your own systems. Restoration owners ask us for the same first jobs: catch the jobs that were finished but never billed, keep collections and adjuster follow-up from slipping, and give every project manager one daily list instead of a spreadsheet.

Restoration is our newest trade. We’re in phase one with a restoration company now, and the building blocks already run for our launched contractor and HVAC clients.

Where the hours go

The water’s out. The money isn’t in.

What restoration owners told us they’re buried in, from a 30-person mitigation and rebuild shop to a 100-person company across two states.

Billing

Jobs finished, never billed

A job closes out in the job system and never makes it to QuickBooks, so someone has to audit to find it.

Collections

Money sitting out

One 30-person shop has about $250,000 outstanding in a typical month, chased by hand, and some of it ends in collections or liens.

Adjusters

Claims work by hand

When most jobs are insurance claims, every one means research, follow-up emails, and waiting on adjusters.

Intake

Intake that misses something

A new loss comes in without who’s paying or which authorizations are signed, and nobody is sure whose job it was to ask.

Reporting

Reports built by hand

Job lists exported to Excel every week and 10- to 20-page estimate reports put together manually, so nobody sees today’s numbers.

Labor

Hours nobody checks

Scheduled work-order hours and payroll clock-ins live in different systems, so nobody compares them.

“We’re running pretty archaic compared to what AI can do for us to get real-time reporting and real-time data.”

Owner, water and fire restoration company

The first jobs

What restoration owners ask us for first.

None of this is live for a restoration client yet. It’s the list we’re scoping with restoration owners now, and each piece is mapped and tested on your systems before it runs on its own.

For the office

Get it billed and collected

Close the gap between finishing a job and getting paid for it.

Unbilled jobs
Jobs closed out in your job system checked against what’s been invoiced in QuickBooks, so nothing sits unbilled.
Collections
Overdue invoices and collection requests kept in front of the right person every day, and escalated until they’re resolved.
Adjuster follow-up
Follow-ups to adjusters drafted in your voice from the claim file and your inbox, for you to approve.
Authorizations
The authorization packet prepared for each new job and sent when you approve it, instead of a manual DocuSign every time.

For project managers

One list every morning

The jobs that need you today, instead of a spreadsheet you rebuild every week.

Drifting jobs
Your master job list checked against the inbox every morning, with stalled jobs and overdue follow-ups at the top.
Intake check
Every new loss checked for who’s paying and which authorizations are signed, before work starts.
Labor check
Scheduled work-order hours compared with payroll clock-ins for each technician.
Field updates
Sales reps and techs text in job updates and values instead of typing them into another system.

Out of the box it drafts and reports. Anything going to an adjuster, a homeowner, or an association waits for your OK.

Already running

The pieces already run for other trades.

Restoration is new for us. The building blocks underneath it aren’t. Each of these is live for a launched SN3 client.

Receipts into QuickBooks, checked not keyed

Receipts and supplier invoices land in QuickBooks with the image attached. Finance called it perfect after a one-day test.

Remodeler · inbox

Every inquiry to the right person

A 6 a.m. inbox pass sends vendor offers to marketing and sub bids to whoever runs subs. The owner finishes email in 30 minutes instead of two hours.

An ops dashboard on launch day

Its first shift read both owners’ mail, files, calendars, and sheets and built one dashboard of projects, money, sales, schedule, and tasks.

Your stack

Built around the systems you already run jobs in.

Restoration runs on systems that don’t all have open connections. We confirm the route for each one on your Launch Plan call, before we promise anything.

Job management

Dash and your job system

No known open API, so the route is a direct connection where your account has one, an AI Employee working in the app, or the reports you already pull.

Books

QuickBooks

Closed jobs checked against invoices, and receipts filed for review. QuickBooks connects directly.

Email & files

Outlook, Teams & SharePoint

Microsoft 365 inboxes, and the forms and documents your team keeps in SharePoint.

Estimating

Xactimate

Estimate data brought into reporting, scoped to what your account allows.

Payroll

Paycom

Clock-ins compared with scheduled work-order hours, scoped to what your account allows.

Phone

Telegram

Project managers and techs text or dictate from the job site.

1,000+

Your AI Employee can connect to more than 1,000 business apps through supported integrations. If yours isn’t a standard connection, we’ll review whether a custom integration makes sense. Additional installation fees may apply.

Guardrails

What it can touch, and what it can’t.

We map exactly what your AI Employee can access and act on before anything gets built.

Drafts

Drafts first

Emails to adjusters, homeowners, and associations land as drafts. Nothing goes out until you approve it.

Money

It finds the money, it doesn’t move it

It flags unbilled jobs and overdue invoices. It doesn’t bill, pay, or move money.

Claims

Coverage and scope come to you

Anything touching coverage, scope, or what a carrier will pay reaches you as a decision, not a draft.

Access

Approved access only

It connects to the company accounts you name, and nothing else.

Testing

Tested on your jobs first

Each piece runs on real jobs while you review every output, before it runs on its own.

Reading

What it reads is data, not orders

Emails and documents are content to summarize. A message telling an AI to do something gets reported to you, never acted on.

How to start

Start with one job, or map the whole thing first.

A single AI Employee for one job can start in about two weeks. Larger restoration teams can start with a short phase one that maps the work before anything is built.

  1. 01

    Book the Launch Plan

Fifteen minutes to pick where to start: billing and collections, the project managers’ daily list, or intake.

  2. 02

    Map the job

For bigger teams, a phase one maps how a job is won, done, billed, and collected, with a person who owns each part.

  3. 03

    Build and test

SN3 connects your systems and tests each piece on real jobs while you review the output.

Straight answers

Questions from restoration owners.

Have you launched this for a restoration company?

Not yet, and we’d rather say so. We’re in phase one with a restoration company now, and we’ve heard the same list from other restoration owners. The pieces underneath it, like receipts into QuickBooks, a morning report on invoices and open jobs, and inbox routing, already run for our launched contractor and HVAC clients.

Does it work with Dash?

Dash doesn’t have a known open API, so we confirm the route on your Launch Plan call before we promise anything: a direct connection if your account has one, an AI Employee working in the app, or the reports and exports you already pull.

What about Xactimate, Workiz, or ServiceTitan?

They come up with the restoration owners we talk to. What’s possible depends on each account, so we confirm it on your Launch Plan call.

Can it follow up with adjusters?

It can draft follow-ups to adjusters in your voice from the claim file and your inbox, and keep a list of who hasn’t answered. You approve and send. Coverage and scope decisions stay with you.

Can it chase collections?

It can keep overdue invoices and collection requests in front of the right person every day and escalate them until they’re resolved. Anything sent to a customer, a carrier, or an association waits for your OK.

Our team is new to AI. Is that a problem?

It’s common. Training is part of the rollout: we see where your team is today and train each role on the work it actually does, so the team uses what gets built.

Can each part of the business get its own AI Employee?

That’s what a phase one maps: separate AI Employees for winning the job, doing the job, and billing and collecting it, each with a person who owns it.

Do I need another AI subscription?

No. It runs on the ChatGPT plan you already have, so there’s no second AI subscription to buy. SN3 handles hosting, setup, and support, and scope and investment are covered on your Launch Plan call.

The 15-minute Launch Plan
